01. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website aimmaxmedia.com or engaging the services of AimMax Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. Continued use of our services following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

02. Description of Services

AimMax Media provides high-performance digital marketing solutions specifically for the hospitality sector, including:

Meta Advertising Management
WhatsApp Booking Systems
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
AI Optimisation (AIO)
Cinematic Videography & Content
Website Design & Development

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.

03. Payment Terms

Fees are specified in your individual service agreement. Invoices are issued per the agreed billing schedule — typically monthly in advance.

Due Date: Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 2% per month.

04. Intellectual Property

All creative work, content, strategies, and code remain the intellectual property of AimMax Media until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights for client-specific deliverables transfer to the client.

Generic methodologies, internal frameworks, and proprietary processes developed by AimMax Media remain our exclusive property.

05. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate information regarding property goals and features.
  • Ensuring timely access to required accounts and digital platforms.
  • Reviewing and approving creative assets within agreed timelines.
  • Guaranteeing provided assets do not infringe on third-party rights.

06. Results Disclaimer

While we apply expert execution to every engagement, we make no guarantee of specific results, such as revenue growth or search rankings. Outcomes are influenced by market conditions, platform algorithms, and the quality of the guest experience.

07. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information shared during the relationship strictly confidential. Data will not be shared with third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

08. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Clients remain responsible for fees for services rendered up to the termination date. Handover documentation will be provided within 14 days of termination.

09. Limitation of Liability

AimMax Media’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or bookings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
